CyberBuddy project launches activities with a transnational meeting in Heraklion
On 26–27 March 2024, the CyberBuddy consortium convened in the beautiful town of Heraklion, Greece, to officially launch the project’s activities. The meeting was kindly hosted by the Union of Women Associations of Heraklion (UWAH).
During the two-day event, partners discussed the findings of a survey conducted among students aimed at identifying their main concerns and experiences related to cyberbullying. These insights will serve as the foundation for the project’s educational tools and awareness-raising activities.
The consortium also addressed strategies for effective dissemination and mechanisms to ensure the high quality of project results throughout implementation.
Based on the survey results and the discussions held, the partners will proceed with the development of scenarios for 18 Digital Escape Rooms, designed to promote safe, responsible, and empathetic online behaviour among young people.
