Sofia’s nights, once filled with dreams and plans, were now plagued by insomnia and nightmares about the threats. Despite her courage, anxiety and fear began to overwhelm her. Sofia felt constantly watched and vulnerable; every step outside her house was accompanied by a sense of imminent danger. She began to distance herself from her friends and family, believing that she could protect them by keeping them at a distance. This self-imposed loneliness only increased her suffering. At the height of her despair, Sofia decided that she could no longer face the situation alone. She gathered her courage and turned to her closest friends, sharing with them the anguish she was silently facing. Her friends, already aware of the changes in Sofia’s behaviour, immediately offered support. Among them were some older students with advanced technological skills, known for solving complex problems, who decided to form a small research group. They began to analyse the anonymous messages, looking for patterns and clues that could reveal the identity of the attacker. They used online tracking tools, examined metadata and discussed strategies to protect Sofia while trying to find out who was behind the threats. Her friends’ support and dedication gave Sofia hope and strength. She knew she wasn’t alone in this fight and that, together, they could find her attacker and put an end to her torment.
