Charlie begins to panic, thinking about their personal photos being uploaded onto the internet where anybody can see them. Charlie contemplates paying the ransom, but they don’t work and would not have enough money to pay the €500 ransom without asking their parents for help. Hurt and distressed, Charlie tries to reason with Jordan, asking for the photos to be deleted. Jordan insists on the payment, becoming more and more aggressive with each message.
Charlie feels isolated, fearing the potential humiliation and consequences if the photos are made public. Unsure of what to do, Charlie tries to think of ways they can resolve the situation without asking their parents for the money to pay Jordan off.
