After receiving the anonymous messages Ana feels down and starts isolating both from social media and from her friends. She no longer shares her drawings and refuses to discuss the situation when friends and family members approach her. One day one of her friends, Maria, who is following Ana’s account and notices the change in her behaviour, joins her at lunchtime. She tells Ana how much she likes her drawings and how impatient she is to see another one posted online. At that time Ana starts crying and says she will never post anything again. Moreover, she will no longer draw her paintings since they are not good and she is not enjoying her hobby anymore. Maria understands that something must have happened that has upset Ana and discouraged her from pursuing her passion. Maria encourages Ana to share what is bothering her and offers her support.
