One weekend, Charlie attends a party with their friends and after a drink decides to take several photos, some of which are private and personal. During the party, Charlie messages Jordan to ask where he is as they would like to meet him there. Jordan explains that he cannot make it but asks Charlie to share some of the photos they had taken, promising to keep them private.
Trusting Jordan, Charlie sends a few photos. Charlie soon forgets about sharing the photos with Jordan and continues to chat with him as normal. Charlie asks to meet Jordan several times, but every time Jordan has an excuse as to why they cannot meet.
A week later, Charlie receives a message from Jordan. The tone has changed from friendly to threatening. Jordan demands €500, threatening to release the compromising photos to all of Charlie’s friends and family if they don’t comply. Charlie is shocked and scared, feeling trapped and unsure of what to do.
